Water curtain Paint Booths are made from? SS 304.? Paint fumes are sucked through water curtain. Water jets are provided to spray the water from the top and air is sucked through water curtain form by water jets. Water curtain wall (panel) of SS 304 sheets is provided. Suitable illumination on top of side walls will be provided with metal halide lamp / fluorescent tubes. Suitable Entrainment/ Distribution and Eliminator plates will be provided. Water will be recirculated through a? pump.

Water will be recirculated through a? pump. The equipment can be used for Zinc spray coating/ ALuminum Spray coating etc using thermal spray technology to capture metal dust etc.
