Tyre Mould Cleaning machine
Synco manufactures complete range of Mould Cleaning and Blasting machines. These machines could be Wet Blasting or Dry Blasting depending upon customer requirements. The machines use Syncolite Glass Beads or Syncplast Plastic Media as the preferred blasting media for cleaning of moulds. The Machines come with tilting turntables, track and trolley system. The system can be fully automated using PLC and HMI controls. Large Moulds weighing up to 1.5 to 2 tons can be cleaned in bigger blasting machines with larger turntables. Nozzle reciprocation system can be provided inside the equipment for complete coverage of moulds during blasting operation.
