Syncplast grit™ media is utilized
where a controlled, gentle and non-abrading action, damage or etching of
the underlying substrate is required. The low hardness and specific
gravity of Syncplast grit makes it ideally suited in the most
sensitive of applications. Syncplast grit can be used in both dry and
wet compressed air assisted blasting equipment and is effective at very
low blasting pressures, ensuring no damage to the component being
blasted, Syncplast grit is pre-treated with an anti-static agent to
prevent adhesion to the component when used in dry compressed air
assisted blasting process to avoid wastage.Its high durability
and irregular particle shape ensures maximum productivity and abrasive
life when utilized in equipment having recycling and reclassification
facilities. Syncplast grit is highly suited for flash removal from
discreet computer components, paint removal etc.
