Cryogenic Deflashing Machine
SYNCO Cryogenic deflashing machines are used to remove mould flash from moulded polymer parts. This deflashing method uses cryogenic temperatures to make the job flashes brittle which are broken off by using Polycarbonate shots.
The use of cryogenic temperatures allows for precise removal of flash from materials including silicone, plastic, polymers, elastomers, rubber and aluminum die castings. The basic parts are not damaged during this process. ALl parts i.e injection, compression and extrusion moulded components can be deflashed through Cryogenic Method.
