16×22 Tumblast machine
Tumblast type airless shot blasting machines can be used for removal of sand and rust from small and middle sized castings, forged and welded parts as well as aluminium and non ferrous parts. The machine is having perforated rubber tumbler belt for easy and gentle tumbling of work pieces. Tumbler type machines can be available in various sizes and capacities and also with features of automation. Tumble belts can be supplied with cleats or without cleats depending upon customer requirements. Tumblast machines can be supplied with PLC and HMI controls. The machines can be supplied with Manual bag shaking dust collectors/ motorised bag shaking dust collectors/ reverse pulsing type dust collectors. The equipments can be supplied with Automatic loading arrangement depending upon customer requirements.
Tumblast machines are ideal equipments for Shot Blasting / Shot Peening of components. Jobs are made to tumble and blasting takes place using a blasting turbine mounted on the equipment. Typical blasting Cycle ranges from 10 minutes to 20 minutes.
